With creativity, luxury and your budget in mind we aim to provide you with exemplary event planning services, eloquent florals and coordinating customized stationery products in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
We pride ourselves as life long learners who will strive to create an event that will be memorable and uniquely yours. Our work as educators, has prepared us for our new career as wedding planners and event coordinators. Our passion and involvement in the arts speaks to our commitment to being creative and innovative. We have collectively organized countless events. We are comfortable dealing with large groups of people. We are calm in chaos (if it occurs). We are conscious of timelines and budgets. We will strive to work with you to realize a wedding day or event that is a unique and joyous celebration.
​Sherri Dlouhy-Stevenson, owner, holds a Master of Education. She has been a band educator for many years and the Coordinator for Band Program with Regina Public Schools. In addition, Sherri has coordinated numerous successful craft shows. She is the owner and designer of Bella Dolce Papery and has sold cards in stores across Westen Canada. Sherri is certified as a Professional Wedding Planner and Professional Event Planner. Her internship was with Creative Weddings Planning & Decor; one of the most successful wedding planning companies in Calgary. She has floral training and experience through Creative Weddings Floral Designs and has completed the Intermediate Level II Design program through Florist Supply, Canada. Sherri and her team are eager to work with you to create a memorable event.
Sherri contracts a variety of staff based on the unique needs of the client. She works closely with caterers, those in the restaurant and hotel business, entertainers, as well as vendors of linens and rental items. Lovingly referred to as 'Sherri Shopper' she strives to source the best price for the products you require.

What does a wedding planner do?
We begin by listening to your dream. What do you imagine your day to be like? We process the information we recieve from a detailed questionnaire/interview that reveals your lifestyle, your likes and dislikes. From there we incorporate your budget and begin to build a day that tells your love story and reflects your style.
If you can't imagine what your day will look like, don't be troubled, we can help create a day that feels comfortable and just perfect for you and your fiance. Creativity is extremely important to us.
We will communicate with you often throughout the process to ensure we are meeting your needs. We will draw attention to details that need to be attended to, present options regarding style and services, and guide you along a timeline that culmonates on your wedding day. On the day of the wedding, we are there in the background, attending to every detail. Our goal is that you are as relaxed as possible and excited to celebrate with familiy and friends.
Why do I need a wedding planner?
​Some people think a wedding planner is only for the rich and famous. This is a misconception. The fact is, if you are busy with a fulltime job and a variety of commitments, planning a successful wedding day is a huge undertaking and can be very stressful.
Wedding planners have the experience in coordinating events; working with vendors; sourcing the appropriate service or decor items; creating work-able timelines; working within your budget and often save you money; are able to trouble shoot in areas you might not have thought of and will be there through your wedding day to make sure everything goes as planned so you don't need to worry!

We believe the most important benefit in having a wedding planner is that you and your fiance, your family and bridal party can enjoy your special day to the fullest because we will be there in the background making sure all details are being attended to.
Your mom will always be your mom. She will likely feel a sense of responsibility for assisting in your day. One of the greatest gifts you can give her is hiring a wedding planner so she relax, visit with guests and dance.
